Ogni anno sbarcano migliaia di profughi nel nostro Paese. Ma una volta arrivati: dove vanno?
Questo reportage entra all’interno dei centri di accoglienza, spiando e raccontando questi uomini in cerca di speranza.
Pakistan, Gambia, Nigeria, Costa d’Avorio, Italia.
Sono ragazzi/uomini che vivono le loro giornate nell’attesa di una risposta alla loro richiesta di asilo.
Fuggono dalla guerra, dalle dittature e dalle contraddizioni dei loro paesi di origine.
L’obiettivo del progetto non è quello di scavare nella sofferenza e nelle fatiche del viaggio che li ha portati fino a qui, ma è  quello di rappresentarli, semplicemente, in quanto essere umani nella loro piena dignità.
Il reportage fotografico è un modo per dare visibilità a queste persone, un modo per far uscire allo scoperto il delicato rapporto tra l’opinione pubblica e le verità che richiedono di mettersi in gioco, anche andando oltre i pregiudizi e le diffidenze reciproche.

Each year thousands of refugees arrive in our country. But once they get here: where do they go?
This report gets to the heart of reception centers, by spying and describing the lives of these men in search of hope.
Pakistan, Gambia, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Italy.
Are young men/adults who live day by day waiting a positive answer to their asylum request. Running away from war, dictatorships and from all contradictions that characterise their countries.
The project’s objective is not to dig in the suffering and hardships of their journey that brought them up to here, but it is to simply represent them as human beings in their full dignity.
